プライバシーポリシー

1. 基本方針

SOUSUKE MORIHARA（以下「運営者」）は、HeyMorny（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報を適切に取り扱います。本ポリシーは、本アプリと本サイトに適用されます。

2. 収集・保存する情報

端末内に保存される情報

本アプリはアカウント登録を必須としていません。アラーム、デトックス時間、曜日、許可したアプリ、デトックスの記録、オンボーディングで入力した内容などは、主に利用者の端末内およびAppleのApp Group領域に保存されます。運営者のサーバーには送信しません。

購入・サブスクリプション

サブスクリプションの購入、状態確認、購入の復元のため、AppleのApp StoreおよびRevenueCatのSDKを使用します。購入やサブスクリプションの状態、匿名のアプリ利用者識別子などが、AppleおよびRevenueCatのサービスで処理される場合があります。請求情報そのものは運営者が取得しません。

権限とOSの情報

本アプリは、アラームとアプリ制限のためにAppleのAlarmKitおよびFamily Controlsを使用します。対象アプリの選択や制限はAppleのOS機能を通じて処理されます。本アプリは広告を表示せず、第三者の広告SDKやアクセス解析SDKを使用しません（v1.0）。

3. 利用目的

• アラーム、デトックス、記録など本アプリの機能を提供するため
• 購入状態を確認し、サブスクリプションや復元を提供するため
• お問い合わせに対応し、必要なサポートを行うため
• 法令やAppleのサービス要件に対応するため

4. 第三者への提供・共有

運営者は、利用者の情報を販売しません。機能提供に必要な範囲で、AppleおよびRevenueCatが購入・サブスクリプション関連情報を処理します。法令に基づく場合を除き、その他の第三者に提供しません。

5. 保存期間と削除

端末内の設定や記録は、利用者が本アプリを削除すると端末から削除されます。購入・サブスクリプションに関する記録は、AppleおよびRevenueCatのポリシーに従って管理されます。情報の取扱いについて質問や削除に関する相談がある場合は、jianr6002@gmail.comまでご連絡ください。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは子ども向けアプリとして設計されたものではありません。保護者の方からお問い合わせがあった場合は、確認のうえ対応します。

7. 改定

本ポリシーは、サービス内容や法令の変更に応じて改定する場合があります。改定後のポリシーは、このページに掲載した時点から適用されます。

1. Overview

SOUSUKE MORIHARA (“Operator”) operates HeyMorny (“the App”), an iPhone app that combines a wake-up alarm with a morning digital detox. This policy applies to the App and this website.

2. Information we handle

Information stored on your device

HeyMorny does not require an account. Alarm settings, detox duration, selected weekdays, permitted apps, detox records, and onboarding entries are primarily stored on your device and Apple App Group storage. The Operator does not send this information to an Operator-controlled server.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat’s SDK are used to process purchases, check subscription status, and restore purchases. Purchase or subscription status and an anonymous app-user identifier may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat. The Operator does not receive your payment card or billing details.

Permissions and operating-system data

The App uses Apple’s AlarmKit and Family Controls for alarms and app restrictions. App selection and restriction are handled through Apple’s operating-system features. The App does not display advertising and does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in v1.0.

3. How information is used

• To provide alarms, detox sessions, and records.
• To check purchases and provide subscriptions or restoration.
• To respond to support requests.
• To comply with law and Apple service requirements.

4. Sharing

The Operator does not sell personal information. Apple and RevenueCat process purchase and subscription information as needed to provide those features. We do not provide information to other third parties except when required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

Device settings and records are removed from the device when you delete the App. Purchase and subscription records are handled under Apple’s and RevenueCat’s policies. For questions about information handling or deletion requests, contact jianr6002@gmail.com.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is not designed as a children’s app. If a parent or guardian contacts us, we will review the request and respond as appropriate.

7. Changes

We may update this policy when the App or applicable law changes. The revised policy applies when posted on this page.
