Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic conditions for using HeyMorny and its subscriptions.

Last updated September 14, 2026

1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to HeyMorny (the “App”), provided by the HeyMorny operator (the “Operator”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

The App provides wake-up alarms, a morning digital detox, permitted-app selection, and detox records. Alarms and app restrictions may be affected by iOS, the device, permissions, and background execution.

3. Subscriptions

  • The App may offer annual and weekly plans. The price is the amount shown at purchase.
  • Your Apple ID is charged when the purchase is confirmed. Unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews for the same period.
  • Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID App Store subscription settings.
  • Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies.
  • If a free or discounted introductory offer is shown, its conditions and post-offer price are shown at purchase.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not violate law, interfere with the App or related services, or infringe the rights of the Operator or others.

5. Disclaimer

The App is a lifestyle tool, not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. We do not guarantee that alarms or restrictions will always operate or that using the App will produce a particular result. In an emergency, do not rely on the App; contact the appropriate emergency service.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the App, its name, design, text, and software belong to the Operator or the applicable rights holders. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as permitted by law or these Terms.

7. Changes and termination

The Operator may change or discontinue the App or these Terms when necessary. Important changes may be posted on this page.
